Service Schedule (Bi-Monthly)
Our bi-monthly schedule is designed to prevent pest activity throughout the year, addressing seasonal pressures as they occur.
- January / February Monitoring and preventive treatments focused on overwintering pests. Interior inspections as needed, with attention to rodents and pests seeking warmth indoors.
- March / April Early-season preventive treatments targeting emerging insects. Helps stop spring pest activity before populations increase.
- May / June Proactive protection during rising insect activity. Treatments focus on ants, spiders, and other warm-weather pests as they become more active.
- July / August Continued protection during peak pest season. Reinforcement of barriers and treatments to control insects thriving in heat and humidity.
- September / October Fall treatments designed to reduce pests preparing to move indoors. Barrier reinforcement to protect entry points as temperatures drop.
- November / December Preventive service focused on cold-weather pests. Monitoring, exclusion support, and rodent-focused maintenance to keep pests out during winter months.
